Die sehr gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Apartments. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer.

Die Nähe zur Autovia del Mediteraneo erzeugt einen gewissen Lärmpegel der manchmal gestört hat.

La ubicación delante de la playa, las vistas inmejorables. El apartamento tiene de todo y es comodísimo. El garaje cubierto es un extra super importante para nosotros en verano.

El ruido de la carretera es constante, y tuvimos que dormir con tapones. y el sofá cama no era nada cómodo para un adulto, pasable para un niño que pesa poco.

Schöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war auch schön, Ausstattung und Ausblick waren auch gut.

Schade , dass es nur ein Wannenbad mit Dusche gibt und keine allein stehende, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Ebenfalls schade ist, dass die Wohnung etwas „weit vom Schuß“ ist was Einkäufe und Restaurants betrifft. Dafür hört man die Straße deutlich, allerdings nicht im Garten/am Strand.
