Family of 4 and only 3 outside chairs on the balcony due to 1 broken and left in the corner , on suite door locked but could only re open from the outside .

⭐️O Locație cu Potențial, dar Care Necesită Îmbunătățiri Urgent Am ales această cazare cu așteptări ridicate, fiind poziționată la un preț puțin mai mare față de alte opțiuni. Deși locația este excelentă, calitatea generală a experienței nu s-a ridicat la nivelul prețului, iar îmbunătățirile sunt necesare. 👍 Puncte Forte • Amplasarea este excepțională, chiar pe faleza mării și foarte aproape de punctul de ridicare a cheii. Faptul că apartamentul este situat la etajul 20 oferă, fără îndoială, o priveliște superbă, care este cel mai mare plus al proprietății. 👎 Aspecte Care Necesită Atenție Proprietarul ar trebui să acorde o atenție deosebită următoarelor aspecte legate de mentenanță și curățenie: • Praf Extins: în special în living, unde praful de pe unitatea de aer condiționat părea să nu fi fost șters niciodată. • Pereții din toate camerele sunt destul de murdari, iar la camera mică, tocul ușii începe să se desprindă. • Ușa principală se deschide cu dificultate și necesită reglare. Dotări Esențiale și Igienă: • Deși era aproape luna decembrie, nu exista nicio pătură sau plapumă pe paturi. Am găsit articole în dulap, dar fără huse curate/noi, fiind nevoiți să le folosim așa cum erau, ceea ce este inacceptabil din punct de vedere igienic. • Baia: Lipseau articole de bază. Nu exista săpun de mâini la chiuvetă, iar gelul de duș sau șamponul erau, de asemenea, absente. • Dușul de la baia mică este defect și nu asigură un jet de apă corespunzător. • Bucătărie: Am găsit capsule de cafea, dar lipsea complet espressorul, făcând capsulele inutile. 📝 Concluzie și Recomandare Locația oferă un mare potențial datorită amplasării și priveliștii. ⭐️ Review: A Location with Potential, but in Urgent Need of Improvement I chose this accommodation with high expectations, as it was priced slightly higher than other options. Although the location is excellent, the overall quality of the experience did not live up to the price, and improvements are necessary. 👍 Strong Points (Pros) • Location and View: The location is exceptional, right on the seafront promenade and very close to the key collection point. The fact that the apartment is located on the 20th floor undoubtedly offers a superb view, which is the biggest plus of the property. 👎 Areas Requiring Attention (Issues) The owner should pay special attention to the following maintenance and cleanliness issues: • Extensive Dust: Especially in the living room, where the dust on the air conditioning unit appeared as though it had never been wiped. • Walls and Doors: The walls in all rooms are quite dirty, and in the small bedroom, the door frame is starting to come apart. • Entrance Door: The main door opens with difficulty and needs adjustment. Essential Amenities and Hygiene: • Bedding System: Although it was nearly December, there was no blanket or duvet on the beds. We found items in the closet, but without clean/new covers, being forced to use them as they were, which is unacceptable from a hygienic point of view. • Bathroom: Basic items were missing. There was no hand soap at the sink, and shower gel or shampoo were also absent. • Faulty Shower: The shower in the small bathroom is defective and does not provide an adequate water flow. • Kitchen: We found coffee capsules, but the espresso machine was completely missing, rendering the capsules useless. 📝 Conclusion and Recommendation The location offers great potential due to its setting and view.

Clean, modern apartment. With all the facilities you would ever need. Nice balcony with views over the beach. 5-10 min walk to the main strip. Two bathrooms.

Couldn't really fault the accommodation but like previous reviews it could have done with a full length mirror somewhere. No sunbeds by the pool. Lifts are on the older side and are a bit slow and small (4 persons max).

L' appartement est situé idéalement au bord de plage avec en plus piscine. Avec parking. Que dire de cet appartement juste magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle. Nous sommes venus avec nos 4 enfants qui sont ravis de leur séjour. Appartement moderne, très bien équipé,.propre, et présent de bienvenue de notre hôte. Nous recommandons ++++

Rien de spécial S'il fallait dire quelque chose peur être quelques transat au bord de la piscine viendrait parfaire ce lieu

La persiana del salón no baja del todo y la ventana no tiene persiana, el colchón del sofá cama no es para adultos así que los que duermen en el salón no están cómodos. El edificio es muy antiguo y los ascensores tardan mucho y hace mucho calor y hay mucho ruido.
