The location is great - close enough to everything, yet just off the square to avoid the main crowds. The place is beautiful and provides ample space to spread our family out. Having a grocery store nearby and a kitchen in the property is really helpful after sightseeing all day, and the balcony adds a sweet charm to the place. It is very clean and also has a washer (instructions in other languages would be helpful; however, we just googled it and did our best). We were uncomfortable putting our documents online, so they were kind enough to meet us and we are very appreciative of that. However, we did not know that we would have to meet them at the office instead of the property. It was difficult for my 73 year old mother to pull her carryon from the train station to the office (we could not get a taxi) and then to walk another 20 minutes to the property. That aside, Angela was very helpful and friendly, and this experience in no way detracts from the property. We would definitely stay here again!

The appartment is beautiful

The appartment isn’t easy with a family, toilets are on the ground floor, you can’t park your car near the appartement so it’s ok if you travel only with one little bag. The flat is very poorly insulated; you can hear noise from both inside and outside. The check-in is very restrictive. You have to provide a lot of documents at the last minute, and that's complicated when you're already on holiday.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the Duomo. Comfortable bed and loved how the decor, pillows and kitchenware all matched

The wifi was very poor, difficult to use if needed to do anything important on line. Only reason it’s not a 10/10

This apartment was above and beyond fantastic. The location could not have been better being just off the main square and only metres from the ferry. The apartment was very generous in size. We were traveling with our 21 year old daughter who had her own mezzanine level floor. The apartment was clean, quiet, large and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this accomodation.

We were given access codes for the wrong apartment which was highly embarrassing as there was someone in the apartment we entered. This was fortunately rectified but not a great start. It is the only reason to score a 9 instead of a perfect 10.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect placement in Como. Clean and comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. A balcony with amazing view to the main square. Very quiet. Two clean and comfortable bathrooms.

The constructon of bedrooms was a bit strange for a privacy. The first bed has a common area with a kitchen the second with a cabinet upstairs. On the second floor there's no bathroom. The check out time at 10!!!! All the rest was very pleasant.
