Clean, great location, friendly service

There was nothing I didn't like - very basic and that was all I needed.

I didn't like that online. They said they had bathtubs but they don't have bathtubs only showers. The bathtub is why I reserved the room. I have a broken hand and it's very hard to take showers.

If looking to save, this is the place. Convenient location & was quiet at night when I was there, even being close to a Main street. Old Hotel, but sufficient.

Bulbs missing in some lamps, a previous Guest must of taken.

Room smelled horrribly bed was old and delapitated. Did not stay more than 5 minutes. Had to go find another room elsewhere and was denied a refund

Excellent coffee. Free microwave and fridge available. Quality room service, decor, and very competent management.

Nothing to complain about! Would stay again.

I thought that the manager, Carol Wang, was amazing. She was very personable and helpful in getting us checked in. I enjoyed her very much and would go back again just because of her.

The facility itself appeared to be in a state of renovation in areas. Might also suggest making more of the rooms at the front of the property double queen bed rooms.

I like the location,south of downtown Eureka; not located between 3 lanes going in one direction & other 3-lane going in opposite direction; not as noisy; clean carpet

When I arrive, a person seemed to be loitering along front side walk, semi-shouting about something. Receptionist assured me it was safe. It was before I unloaded my car that 2 police cars entered parking lot to seek out person in street. Reception, I believe, was quick to call police when I mentioned about loiterer. Electric socket was part of light fixture above bathroom sink; I couldn’t reach it to plug in hair dryer, so I had use socket in main room to dry hair.

Good beds. Very nice staff.

Surface clean but don't look under the bed.
