Quiet convenient location. Room was clean , The bed was comfortable

Is Wi-Fi didn't work very well

Location was good but some homeless in the area.

No place for the dogs to go potty.

Property was clean, room was clean, bathroom was clean.

Homeless people on and around the property.

No ac and it was summertime, I wish it would have warned us. Front office guy was like dealing with a robot. And office is not 24 hours and no drop off, couldn’t check out at whatever time I needed too.

Work on Ac, work on customer service. Need a night drop off.

The beds were clean. There was a fridge that worked, yay! that's sometimes hard to find, a microwave that was also clean, closet was good size. Good location if you are exploring Eureka. The main property was free of loitering. FYI main office not open have to use night window even during the day so if you have never been to Eureka and you need pamphlets or maps for attractions you made need to ask or get one somewhere else. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

As with alot of places these days there were some weirdos above us that were loud until about 5am. At night people were walking behind our bathroom at night, some trying to talk to us through the open window. Just close it. Lol. There are no shampoos, just the usual little soap, not a big deal for me but might be for some. And no exhaust fan in bathroom so u kinda have to take your chances with the weirdos or just steam it up!

Since there is no need for air-conditioning, and the wall heater is unpredictable, it was often noisy and sometimes the temperature wasn’t quiet right. But it was suitable.
