Very clean and comfortable bed. Well equipped even a fan. Good parking, so handy for the Tunnel.

Lovely room, good bathroom, comfortable bed.

Self check-in and checkout. Very noisy road directly outside. Blinds meant room was never dark.We both were awake at daybreak. Blackout curtains needed. Very poor night's sleep. Shower gel was empty. Wouldn't stay here again in the Summer due to light issues.

Comfy room with big bathroom within easy walking distance to everything. Super easy check in, we instantly felt at home, there's a fridge available

Brilliant location - easy to explore town centre, the harbour and close to the Leas and the seafront. Lovely comfortable room and very clean.

It was clean very comfortable bed and situated above a fabulous restaurant where we had one of the best dinners we have ever had.

Room was lovely. They provided tea n coffee n 2 packs of biscuits! and 2 bottles of water. Bathroom was nice. Restaurant downstairs had great food and they were happy for us just to have a drink there (although we did eat in the end as it looked so nice!) it is owned by same people. People very friendly and helpful.

The parking was confusing as there was a big sign saying “parking only for solicitors.” When we got there there was only one space left. I don’t know what we have done if there wasn’t any spaces at all as there was no other nearby parking. Instructions on this aspect should be given to guests. I worried about an irate solicitor chasing after me! I didn’t particularly like the wallpaper of burlesque women wearing nipple tassels looking at me either, but that’s a personal thing. Others might like it.

Nice clean comfortable room with parking. Less than 15 minute walk to town centre. Helpful staff.

Great location, 20 min walk from harbour. Modern decor above a great Greek restaurant. All the staff were met were helpful and friendly. Would book again if in the area.
