Easy check-in, location

1. Apartments don’t fit 6 persons. The bed on one of the bedrooms is really small to fit 2 persons there 2. No soap in the bathroom (we found some leftovers from cleaning box) 3. Prior check in (when you cannot cancel your booking anymore) you get an additional list of fines, that applies of you do something wrong. The list is questionable (for example if you leave used towels in bathroom- this is considered as service included in normal cleaning, if towel is somewhere else - you get fined 😂Same with the dishes, you cannot leave them on a table, otherwise you get fined) Fine amount is also variable. For example the extra cleaning fee can range from 25-100€ and amount is depending on host consideration I assume. We got fined 50€ for the small chihuahua dog, that came with my friend and were in the apartment for 1 hour only. Fine amount was based on nothing basically, as exact amount of penalty fee for each slip is not clearly indicated. 4. “Feel free to enjoy wine with grapes and cheese” was stated in the welcome message. Got slightly confused as there was nothing waiting for us. Not, that it matters a lot for us, but if you get that kind of message, you expect to have something at least

Great location, clean, safe apartment, free parking. The aparrment was equipped with all the necessary things to stay, great water pressure and great painting. At night it was quiet and relaxing.

The light in the kitchen area could be more, the knifes need serious sharpening. If the apartment is suitable for 6 people, would be nice to have extra 2 chairs.

Great central location, private parking. The building is new so that apartment looks nice and not worn down. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Baby cot, toys and potty available which is lovely for families with kids (high chair would be a great addition).

The living room floor was quite dirty and had some sticky stains on it. Kettle and coffee capsule machine available but no tea or coffee. Understandable that these won’t be provided for long term rentals but for one night stay seems random to buy those pods just for one cup. Would be a nice and inexpensive touch for the host to provide these.
