"Tutto come da aspettative, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."

Posizione comodissima nella zona pedonale, vicolo tranquillo a cui si accede da uno dei corsi principali. Zona centrale con facile accesso pedonale a ristoranti e pasticcerie. Camera ospitale, c'è un vano comune a cui si accede a tre camere, ogni camera affittata singolarmente. Comodo anche se si è più famiglie a viaggiare insieme.

L'edificio è storico, ben tenuto ma ovviamente non comodissimo. Le scale per arrivare al secondo piano sono strette e ripide, potrebbe essere sconsigliato per persone anziane o con problemi di mobilità.

Un très bel appartement, très bien situé dans le centre de Novi Ligure. Très belle décoration des chambres. Une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. Rapport qualité - prix intéressant. Parking gratuit à proximité. Interlocuteur très gentil lors du contact par téléphone à notre arrivée.

Pas d'information préalable sur l'accès réglementé dans la via Roma à certaines heures.
