Rooms are spacious

Property is nothing like in pictures, pictures are photoshopped Cleanliness is zero. Room was not even cleaned when we checked in. Bathrooms are dirty tiles not cleaned since several years it appears Cleaners don't even use a broom to clean the toilets just put some liquid and put water Room was full of dirt Even though breakfast was covered for us, management made a lot of arguments and sais. It is not covered etc. Finally after 1 hour when we were adamant they agreed Overall not a good experience No drinking water provided. Room doesn't have fridge. When we checked in no towels where also provided

We had a bed after a long flight

Everything else. We basically got scammed, cant recommend to anybody.

Thank God. I travel alone to this hotel.

Broken furniture, Unclean bedsheets and blanket, Cockroaches, Nature at Reception, verbal fight over phone between hotel manager and OYO as OYO did not update booking despite of taking full payment. It's fake to mention pay at property as OYO insist to pay advance to get confirm booking and hotel manager denies receiving of booking from OYO.
