Very good localisation. Good place to stay. close to the bus stations, supermarkets etc.

A little bit noisy during the night. near to the main street so it was loud (from the restaurant)

There is no balcony even tho its in the room description. The “room” ( id rather say a dark hole) is on the ground floor, it has a little window facing a restaurant. It is impossible to sleep or rest, since you can even hear how people are chewing their food in the restaurant since its right outside of the window. But you must open the window because of course there is no AC in the room, you have no other option since its very hot even in November. Also, there is no cupboard whatsoever, where you could store your clothes and stuff. The only place you can use for this purpose is the window ledge. Obviously, we contacted the owner about this. They promised to give us another room but they texted us the next day that its not possible anymore.. we havent recieved any help or compensation ever since. I would recommend to avoid this place.

The place is perfect to enjoy the old town of Las Palmas. The room was really comfortable and clean, and with all the basic things you might need. It was easy to access and you can leave your bagage inside if you arrive before check-in.

You hear a bit too much the noise of the street and the other rooms.
