B40 Apartment with Parlament view

Vistas muy buenas.

La ducha se inudaba, anegando el pasillo de paso entre la habitación y el salón.

The view is phenomenal. The location is for us top. The elevator was new and the neighbors were nice to us.

It was disgustingly dirty with dead bugs in kitchen cupboard, under the tv stand. The floor was far from clean. Shower and toilet need fixing. - for us that hygiene was a big negative. We were reminded to review the apartment before we even checked out. The constant 10AM check out reminders really caused stress for us in the morning. They are not responsive to communication.

The view from the apartment is excellent. It was very clean inside the apartment with essentials provided. Shower is strong with good hot water. Location very near the frequent M2 subway line that goes under the river to the Pest side.

Outside of building and entrance are drab, in need of cleaning and painting. Common stairway area is deteriorating. There is a strenuous stair climb to the third floor up a dark, unlit staircase. An elevator exists, however guests are prohibited from using it as it is reserved for "residents only" though we never saw any "residents". It was slow to heat up the apartment in November, (only two of four space heaters working).
