The following factors make this hotel my favorite: it's safe, peaceful, close to downtown, many dining restaurants close to t here hotel, a lot of shopping options near, an adjacent garage for parking, and friendly personnel. Without a doubt, I will rent from this hotel again and again.

Only stay few hours, clean and good size room

Parece que maneja ambos ramos de propiedad: hotel y motel. La habitaciones “200” parecían nuevas, muy limpio el baño pero todo realmente muy pequeño. Toallas viejas pero limpias, cubrecamas con algunas manchas pero no superficiales. En definitiva no lo recomiendo para familia pero si como opción para sacar del apuro en buen estado.

My husband and I had a very strange stay here to say the least. I booked this hotel last minute maybe about an hour before we checked in at 9pm. I did notice the chair in the pictures and obviously associated it to the area, didn’t think much of it. But my husband confirmed that is was an adult entertainment chair. On arrival we parked our car outside and walked in to check in. The couple in front of us were also checking in and my husband pointed out that the woman was actually an escort. We speak Spanish and immediately understood the conversation that was happening directly in front of us. The man was agreeing to spending more money if the woman stayed longer then they could go to the bar after their session for drinks. This seemed extremely normal to the woman and man checking them in who ignored the conversation and handed over the key. We had a fast check in they did take my husbands ID which was odd but we got it back once we checked out that morning. Our room did in fact have the said chair and honestly it didn’t look the cleanest so I didn’t go near it. The floor was pretty dirty and the sheets were stained. We brought our own blanket and were a little paranoid of sleeping on the bed. The bathroom was my favorite part it is upgraded and looks luxurious. I liked the parking situation because it’s gated and close to the room which made me safer. The hotel itself is pretty small and besides that initial incident at check in we had a nice night and memorable experience.

The hotel is clean. The staff was courteous.

This is a cheap option but there are others. Kaye8 is fairly new as it was recently remodeled. It's a cheap option at $40 per night but expect a $40 room. The issue is not cleanliness. The rooms are all new and clean. But they are very small, on top of each other, thin walls, cheap materials, no furniture, etc. The room is basically a bed, two tables and a TV. There is not a shelf, a drawer, a hook or anything else. There were two plastic hangers in my room and NOTHING else available to unpack my things. Suitcase sat on floor in corner and I had to grab things out of it as needed. The biggest issue, believe it or not, is the headboard the used. It's literally a rock. Look it the photos and you can see, its a rock mounted to the wall and since you have three tiny cheap pillows you hit your head on it all night long. Terrible. I won't be back. If you need a cheap room close to Rev for a few hours, OK but any longer than that, No Thanks.
