This home was located 10 minutes away from OWA and is in a very peaceful neighborhood. I loved the backyard and patio area, gave a home feel. Customer service was excellent and we received timely responses with any question we asked. Great communication!

We did have a run in with a couple of roaches and spiders, but not in an infested sense.

It was a nice home, clean, spacious, smelled good! The owner was exceptionally helpful when a problem arose. He was there quickly and was very nice!

The hot water ran out after 2 showers.

The house is spacious, very clean, quiet neighborhood.

The fact that the neighbor had come in the yard and taken our garbage out. And they we're not friendly!!! I think the landlord should let tenants know that the neighbors will take garbage can to the street on pick up days, so they guests won't be surprised.
