Private pool villa Siargao La residence

The condo is wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The pool was excellent. Everything immaculate. Riza is an amazing hostess.

There is nothing about this property to dislike. We had a small earthquake while visiting and electricity and internet were down, which is completely understandable and not the fault of the property. I only mention it to show that Riza did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and to restore services as fast as possible. She called and had the internet company restore services.

Oh my goodness, I could not recommend this property more. It's absolutely beautiful. Our host was lovely and went out of her way to make our trip special as it was a birthday one. We will be back as soon as we can.

Nothing to dislike!

Riza was great and really accommodating, she helped book some transport and was flexible with making breakfast to match our busy schedule. The location was secluded and relaxing but still being close to General Luna, highly recommend renting motorbikes to travel the island. Amazing experience at La Residence.

When we arrived at La Residence we were stunned. The house is located on a small hill surrounded by palmtrees and lots of green with a jungle-like feeling. We were warmly welcomed by Riza who had already been really helpful before our arrival by organizing transportation from the airport to the villa. The interoir design of the house is amazing, you‘ll find everything you need for a relaxed stay. Everything is modern and 100 percent clean. The infinity pool and especially the view from the terrace is amazing. Riza took great care of us by serving delicious breakfast and providing lots of interesting informations about the island. All in all we absolutely loved our stay at La Residence and we can 100% recommend to book this accommodation.

We loved our stay there. Riza was a great host, her breakfast was delicious and she was so nice to us, giving out tips on what to do and where to go in the island. The location of the house is the best: not even 5mn away from General Luna, on the top of an overlooking hill and you can sleep without the noise of the city. The house itself is a stylish modern and brand new house with a large terrace and infinity pool. We enjoyed the best sunset we've had in years in that pool by the way!! Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, same as living room and kitchen. We really felt at home in La Residence
