Secured parking, easy entrance/exit, near center. Clean and modern place with everything you might need. Blanket on the couch, big tv, internet. Separated bedrooms with sound isolation, two bathrooms, a lot of storage place, so if you plan to come for longer period and have a lot of clothes you would feel comfortable.
