USUSThis was my 3 stay and they hired some new staff. I done my check-out and asked for water because there is no water in purifier. Instead of refilling water cooler, reception guy(with moustache) with a condescending attitude humiliated me and asked to buy overpriced bisleri water. I said thank you and left property immediately. To owner of this facility: train your staff about customer service and stop doing malpractice regarding overpricing and GST or in future you'll see a official complaint.
INININGreat place for solo travellers. I have been a regular here since the past few months It has always been a wonderful experience. The service is great. Food is nice and more importantly the rooms are always fresh and clean.
