Not like about commitment. Owner reviewed my status with 3rd party which cost me additional 27 pound which really not acceptable at all.

They came through when I was stuck after being scammed from a different property and let me book after the cut off time, so I do I appreciate that..

The neighborhood is sketchy. We were greeted by a tenant in apt 2 with numerous complaints about the property, she then vacated and new tenants came next day. The tenants below were unruly and made noise all night with loud music and fighting. No essential starter items. Shower curtain is disgusting. Very ghetto if I may say🤦🏽‍♀️

The location is quite far from the city center. Moreover, the environment around it is extremely dirty. It is not a safe place at all.

Beds were clean but the place overall was not - had to wash all plates as they had food residue- skirting boards were grubby and floors were not very clean.
