Ubicación inmejorable,cerca de todo, comodidad de la cama y muy buen trato por parte de la anfitriona.

La cama y las almohadas demasiado gastadas. La ducha si bien salía el agua suficientemente caliente tenía muy poca fuerza.

The apartment is a great size and the terrace was a bonus. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean. The mattress protector needs replacing. It is really very bad. We also found dirty dishes had been put back in the cupboards. The previous renters were too lazy to do their dishes. The bathroom really needs a door. We had no wifi when we first arrived but the owner came by with a technician and got it sorted very quickly. We were very impressed.

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Eine Parkgarage ist gleich um die Ecke. Ebenso befinden sich viele sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Empfehlungen von Eva waren super genauso wie die Kommunikation mit ihr. Das Appartement bietet alles was man benötigt, war sehr sauber und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Es gibt keine Beanstandungen

Nie działało WiFi i z łazienki był wyczuwalny zapach kanalizacji, a łazienka była jedynie za kotarą ( brak drzwi) więc czasem zapach był wyczuwalny w reszcie mieszkania.

Die Verteilung der Steckdosen ist - trotz vorhandener Mehrfachsteckdose - nicht ganz optimal gelöst.

Lokalizacja petarada! Klimatyzacja działa jak należy :) Zadszony taras jest cudowny na spędzenie wieczoru czy zjedzenie kolacji. Przesympatyczna, bardzo pomocna właścicielka, która udostępnia w apartamencie mapy i swoje rekomendacje kulinarne :)

Faktycznie, przydałoby się kilka talerzy i drugi kieliszek do wina :)

Location was excellent. Good area of town near bars restaurants and shops. The old town around the Mesquite a 10 to 15 minute walk away. The Terrace was a bonus. The double bed comfortable.

The kitchen layout is poor. The sink being in the corner makes it difficult to access. Kitchen equipment was sparce, only 1 wine glass and no chopping board. There were enough mugs for a football team, although none matched. Pan scourer and kitchen cloth need to be replaced. No door on the bathroom.

This apartment is in an excellent position within walking distance of all the sights of Cordoba and, being just off the main street, is quiet. It is a short walk from the station. The spacious balcony, which has 4 seats, gives views down to the road below and provides space to enjoy a drink or eat your sandwiches. We were given very clear instructions for the collection of the keys which made our arrival easy. There is a fabulous wet fish shop immediately underneath the flat. Although we had reservations about some aspects of the apartment (see below) the excellent position meant that this was still a good place to stay.

Although the apartment itself is of a reasonable size for 2 people, the cooking area is cramped. The microwave cannot be used in the position shown on the photos and has to be moved. The sink is in such an awkward position in the corner that doing the washing up is difficult. The two ring stove is all right to make a snack but makes cooking a full meal for 2 people quite difficult. ...and there is still only 1 wine glass, a year after people have pointed this out!
