The water was nice and hot. The facilities were clean.

I didn't like the false advertising. It was not made clear that this is a SHARED PROPERTY. Someone LIVES IN or WAS IN the converted garage not even a hundred feet from my backdoor. The 2nd night the person startled my mom walking pass the window to the rear location. Then sat in the dark in the backyard. How do I know the house wasn't entered when I was away? There was mildewed laundry in the washer and a molded piece of pizza under the sink. Again, the fact that this is a SHARED PROPERTY, should be In the Listing. Not lost in the midst of several House rules After booking the reservation. FULL DISCLOSURE would be appreciated, since FULL PAYMENT is what was received. I have had Great Airbnb experiences. Well, this was Not one of them.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr privat und tolle Lage. Man hat mehr als genug Platz für 2 Personen. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und man hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Property was easy to locate and the check in instructions were easy to follow. Area seemed very quiet and room was kept cool with the air conditioner. It was perfect what i needed whilst traveling for work at the convention centre in Downtown.

It was quiet, tidy, and cozy.

I had some trouble locking the door, until I used the door code to open the lock box. From there I used the key to lock the door and returned it to the lock box.

It was clean, felt safe, was quiet, and it had everything we needed. I slept well and appreciated all the amenities. The communication from Dulce was very good too. Just what we needed for our 3-night visit for a conference at the convention center at a very reasonable price.
