This beautifully remodeled and fully furnished home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. Situated in a prime location, it features stylish decor and a well-appointed kitchen complete with all the essentials. With its unbeatable proximity to top amenities, shopping, dining, and recreational options, this home was ideal for our family of four.

Residence: The house requires a thorough deep cleaning; as soon as we arrived, we swept the entire house. Kitchen: The coffee maker was dirty and had a moldy used filter, so we chose not to use it. Additionally, some mugs & plates in the kitchen were cracked and unusable. Property: The listing should mention that a second residence on the property shares the driveway and back patio, as this impacted our privacy. CCTV Camera: The presence of a CCTV camera in the laundry room was not disclosed. Air Conditioning: The AC unit is very loud when it turns on, which disrupts our sleep at night.

I do have one slight issue with the water pressure which was very very low but that's it.
