Located in the very center of Kutaisi. Very nice and helful owner Giorgi. The apartment is very clean, equipped with kitchen. Free parking in front of the house.

The apartment is in a very central location, and is well-maintained and very clean. Our host was wonderful. He arranged an excursion for us to the nearby caves, as well as airport transport, and even brought some Easter treats! If we are back in Kutaisi some day, we will definitely look to stay here again.

It was one the best apartments I’ve rented in Georgia money for value wise. Perfectly clean. The owner is a very nice person and the garden is something special. Couple minutes walk to Colchis fountain and city center. Overall, it was a great experience. We will come back

ყველაფერი მშვენიერი იყო, ძალიან მყუდრო, თავს ისე ვგრძნობდით, როგორც სახლში! ახლა, როცა ქუთაისში მოგვიწევს წასვლა, სხვა არაფრის ძებნა არ გვჭირდება, ვიცით სად წავიდეთ) Everything was great, cozy, clean, the owner was very friendly, we felt at home, even with a small child. Всё было отлично, очень уютно, хозяин доброжелательный, чувствовали себя как дома! Теперь , когда соберёмся в Кутаиси - больше ничего искать не нужно, знаем, куда ехать)
