4 Bedroom School House

Very clean, had everything you could need and was comfy bed. Pictures do it justice and was exactly what we need for our two night stay whilst we had a wedding locally.

next to a busy road,poorly equipped kitchen,no toaster or coffee pot no cutting board, not enough cups and bowls for more than 4 people, not enough sitting space to relax couch can only sit 3 people, the kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty we had to mop them using inadequate equipment .

The living space was very small with a very large table that took up to much space. And no instructions required the television yes there were extra tv’s one being in most off the bedrooms but they are all internet based which I might be behind the times but I wasn’t aware that live tv is on I player as don’t use it at home and the internet buffered a lot Some off the floors needed a good clean and a lot off cobwebs around. Again there is a garden but it wasn’t kept very well and considering the same company own the adjoining property and this has a nice lawn and patio area

Clean, spacious. Excellent facilities for a family of five. Fast internet important for 3 teenagers… Great base for day trips around North Norfolk. Plenty of parking space and a nice garden for sunny breakfasts. Can’t fault it. Hosts easy to contact and they provided useful and helpful information for arrival. Would recommend and likely to return.

Joy was an extremely accommodating host. Our guests' plans had to change several times and she was so helpful and understanding and went out of her way to accommodate our needs.
