"Disappointing"

The room had a nice terrace

- The hotel confirmed that we could check in between 3 and 4 pm. But when we arrived, they told us that we could only enter the room at 5 pm ! There is no reception desk. The communication via sms and mail didn't help. - The beds are narrow : 1m40 !

"Very disappointing expression from the first short visit of Luxembourg."

Noting, just disappointing.

No paper in toilet. At all. At 22.00PM. And no option to find it. The kitchenette is just for decoration. No cutlery, no glass, no mugs. The washbasin in the bathroom is leaking, and it looks like a waterfall. Some plates and dirty knife and fork (1 set) are placed under kitchen sink, at the place where usually placed trash basket. But the kitchen cabinet over the sink is empty. Very strange logic.

store close around 19:00 make sure get whatever you need before store close.
