The location is great

On arrival we couldn’t get it the apartment. We phones and we emailed and we texted but was stood waiting with two children for an house before luckily the cleaner arrived and let us in. The room smelled wet, like damp wood. You could only have two electronic items working at any time, therefore you plug in a hairdryer you need to turn off the air con, for example. Unfortunately we left our passports in the cupboard and didn’t realise until we got to Switzerland. We rang the management company to ask if they would post the passports. The lady was the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered and she refused to help us, and was very rude to my wife saying we need to drive back. There was nothing else she was willing to do about it. Multiple phone calls and messages and two days later she said she would take the passports to DHL but we had to pay her €95 (the cost was €45). She texted to say ‘I’m at DHL you have 5 minutes to send me the money or I’m leaving’. Unbelievably bad customer service from the management company, and the sooner the owners of the apartment sack them off, the better.

There were no bedside lamps in second room

Bella posizione, alloggio comodo e accogliente, pulito, tv perfettamente funzionante, aria condizionata, luogo accessibile ai servizi.

Nella descrizione si parlava di vasca idromassaggio, ma nella realtà c'era una comune vasca. Niente traccia di idromassaggio. Check out dovrebbe essere alle 11/12 come negli hotel di livello.

Close to center and right next to ferry. Free parking options close by.

Amazing place in a great location. With a small grocery store right down stairs. This is where we will be staying again.

Location was fantastic for proximity to ferry; however difficult to sleep due to a bar behind the apartment.

Bedding was scratchy. Lighting in the kitchen where we wanted to play games was orange and bizarre. Very loud at night and sleep was disturbed three or four nights due to bar behind the location.
