Its very Clean and tidy, room service is very active and helpful, room has all the facilities , nice and clean toilets, value for money

Power sockets in our room do not support UK power Plugs, shower has normal flow , no dustbin in the room.

Young and cooperative staff. Spacious parking space. Location is nice. Rooms are also new. Good air conditioned room with comfortable beds and LED with good cable network. Transport is easily available.

I didn't get a room with a city view. Toiletries holder were fixed after identification and one time soap and towel was provided on request. No hot water. No tinted glasses in the washroom. I requested a room on the ground floor which I didn't get due to some issue, however, when I called for confirmation after the booking, I was confirmed that I will be getting a ground floor room. Water also got finished two times and needed to identify to turn on the motor. Car with driver is available but charges are very high.

Attention all visitors, I must strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our online booking was confirmed, yet upon arrival, we were told there were no rooms available. This forced us to pay extra as it was too late to find alternative accommodation, especially with tired children in tow. When we requested the air conditioning to be turned on, they informed us that would require an additional payment, which we reluctantly agreed to. To add to our discomfort, the room fan was faulty, making knocking noises, so we had to turn it off and endure a sweltering night without any relief. I've included a video to illustrate the issue. Furthermore, the rooms were not cleaned properly, with dirty toilets and unserviceable sockets that prevented us from charging our phones and laptops. Electrical cables aren’t protected very dangerous especially when you have kids. I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend you consider other options.

Online booking was confirmed but when I contacted the hotel . They said sorry and not available so I had to stay in another one.

1. Daily cleaning of room should be compulsory. 2. Exhaust fan in Washroom should be available. 3. Staff should be trained and in proper uniform.
