Owner felt we were being watched by a rude, discriminating, invasive peeping Tom. He was nice until we overheard him and he stated “I’m sick of YOU people” We are Hispanic and Carribean decent and this was how we were greeted. We were then accused of improperly entering the unit before proof was shown and was still send inappropriate messages throughout our trip to check our whereabouts. Unit needs to be updated, and IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

BAD EXPERIENCE , DIRTY, SMELLY, INVASIVE staff! The reviews are true. There are always random people walking around spying. The management is lied in us due to discrimination saying we smoke when as others have stated there was a foul order coming from this unit when we arrived and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The bed was not fully clean either, I hesitated to book this property because of bad reviews but I found out to go with Instinct is always the best. We were also berated by threatening personal text messages after arriving and telling them we paid accused of entering improperly due to some bias. The staff will likely respond to deny these claims but the proof is in the messages I have included in this review. Felt very unsafe and do not recommend if you like privacy and cleanliness as well as peace.

Great location near many amenities and convenient essentials like grocery store, drug store, and the beach

The staff was invasive and always on the property violated our privacy disguised as a leaf blower. The owner racially profiled me as someone I was not after bursting in on me unclothed and then apologizing later just to continue to harass my personal phone unprofessionally versus the online chat. I felt scared, unsafe, and uncomfortable. This lead to an anxiety attack and a safety complaint filed as well as other filings on this property, I would not recommend if you desire a peaceful, clean, safe, stay. Also the remote was missing from the tv and didn’t bother to resolve the matter. Not worth it!

J ai été très surpris par ce studio qui ne reflète rien de la description Très vieillot lugubre La télé avec 2 télécommandes impossible à éteindre Des voisins très bruyants festifs difficile de dormir Le jardin le soir à éviter les voisins fument des saloperies Je n étais pas rassuré du tout Dès que je pouvais je partais Et en plus des fauteuils en tissus sales inutilisables

The bed and pillows were soft. It’s close to the beach and a walkable Publix nearby.

Upon walking in, it does not look like the photos. There was dog hair on bed. There was mystery goo on the sink. The bathroom is severally out-of-date. There is a hole in the blinds. I felt that the dryer machine was not working properly. Noisy neighbors. Disappointing.
