Hermanus Cliff Path Lodge - No Load-shedding

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hermanus Cliff Path Lodge. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome and very well taken care of. Kara was incredibly kind, helpful and gave us great local tips for Hermanus. A special thank you also to her team member, who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel comfortable right away. The lodge itself is peaceful, charming and perfectly located close to the beautiful Cliff Path. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy Hermanus, the ocean views and the relaxed atmosphere of the area. We felt very safe, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything had a very personal and thoughtful touch. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. We had excellent coffee and honestly the best breakfast we have had in South Africa so far. There was bacon, sausages, mushrooms, croissants, fresh fruit with yoghurt, a great selection of cold cuts and all kinds of egg dishes. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. For us, Cliff Path Lodge is one of the best places to stay in Hermanus. Warm hospitality, a perfect location, beautiful rooms and an amazing breakfast – we would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Excellent breakfast, great host, friendly staff. A short walk to the cliff path. Good value for money in a town where rates are insane, even out of season.

Nothing it was just lovely our hostess was so obliging.

The breakfast was 5 star, cereals, cold meats, special cheeses , fresh fruit, yogurt and then we could choose omlettes or fried eggs etc. High quality and all very fresh products
