The only aspects I appreciated about this apartment were its tranquility, its location in a new building, and its proximity to easily accessible shops.

I did not like that the check-in was at 16:00, but after speaking with the staff, they agreed to change the check-in time to 10:00/11:00 and sent a confirmation email. However, when we arrived at the apartment, the keys were not available. We contacted the staff, and they informed us that the apartment was not ready and asked us to return at 13:00. As a result, we had to wait in the sun with our luggage for over two hours. When we finally returned, it was evident that the cleaner had only taken out the rubbish bag and done nothing more, as there was dust everywhere, including on the bed, sofa, windows, and doors. We had to clean the apartment ourselves as we could not stay in such filth. Additionally, the vacuum cleaner in the house was full of dirt, making it unusable. We received the bed linens several hours after checking in. Furthermore, the bed broke in the last few days. I was sleeping peacefully when, at around 03:00, I felt a fall. Upon inspection, I saw that the bed's legs were completely destroyed. When the accommodation staff saw the damage, they tried to blame us, but it was clear that the bed had been previously repaired, as two legs were held together with transparent adhesive tape, and two other legs had extra holes drilled into them. The staff behaved very rudely and used vulgar language with us, which was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this accommodation.

Everything was clean and nice

Clean apartment. All new. Warm flat. Big wardrobe. Clean towels and bed linings. Owen👍🏼Coffee machine. Good water pressure, good bath. Available vacuum cleaner. Comfortable mattress. Personal parking place in the underground with elevator that goes exactly there. Self checkin, self checkout. Good owners and nice support; they showed flexibility with arrival/departure times for us. We are totally satisfied!!
