Perfect for Family Gatherings with a Heated Pool! - Clearwater's Clear Choice

The kitchen was fully equipped and the a/c was great.

By far, it was extremely disappointing that the pool was dirty and unusable the entire duration of our stay. The main reason we chose this place was because of the pool. We contacted the owners they sent someone out to fix it, but the cleanliness never changed. They never even apologized that we couldn’t use the pool at all. And it would have been nice if there were better insect control in the lounge area of the back porch. Many spiders found and unfortunately found a tick in my hair one night. The sound bar for the family room tv wouldn’t connect to the tv. The supplied beach umbrella was broken and of course didn’t find out until trying to set it up, so we had to pay $50 for shade at the beach. Nearly every door in the house required a little extra force to open and created loud sounds when opened and closed. People over six feet tall need to be careful of ceiling fans as well as feeling slightly cramped while taking a shower.

The property was great. It had everything we needed. The home was lovely and well kept. The location was perfect. Near to restaurants, grocery stores and Clearwater attractions.

Although I really liked the property, it had some maintenance issues. The floor in the master bathroom was not cleaned properly and shower floor was dirty. Also the shower in the second bathroom was clogged. We checked for Liquid Drano or a plunger but didn’t find any. The washer and dryer were a plus, it just took way to long 1 hour or more to wash small and larger loads. Also the inside of refrigerator leaked water.

This was an excellent choice for us. The minor issues we had were corrected immediately, and they were so pleasant to speak with. The pool was well equipped as was the residence. Every possible small appliance was there. There were things for the beach, babies and dogs. It was a well kitted house and spotlessly clean.

The only minor flaw was the slightly dated decor.

The cleanliness of the property was fantastic!!! The location and heated pool was so awesome. Our family enjoyed all the amenities also. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. It was home away from home. We would defiantly stay here again!

The heated pool was great as were the rooms and family areas.

There was not a single thing that could have been different at this property. The owners thought of everything you could possibly think of needing!
