There seems to be 4 pieces of artwork or pictures missing and just 4 nails / hooks sticking out of the wall.... Maybe the host can replace .... The next door neighbors in the apartment adjacent to me were unfortunately not abiding by the 2200hr noise curfew ....re music / tv / talking etc etc .....

No cleaners during stay

The property especially at 402, has very bad service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. They abandon you, the turnaround time is very bad. Very poor customer service, no value for money at all.

The location is good and has a sea view from the very big terrace. The apartment is upmarket design to it and on the whole is well appointed and thought out. It has nice appliances. It has everything it needs in a compact space. Security is good and professional and friendly. The lady that handed over the keys gave a good explanation of all the amenities The location was walking distance to Sea Point busy road with restaurants and shops and walking distance to the Promenade as well as to Clifton and the beach. An upmarket modern building. It is good for 1 to 2 people.

The dining table is a bit small. The couch could be slightly bigger and it needs cleaning. The floors were not properly clean on my arrival and I didn't feel like mopping them so just wore slip slops the full duration. I should have asked for someone to come and clean the floor but I never thought of it!

There were no Breakfast it was a self catering and with no or very little cutlery Bin in the Kitchen Stinks,, so i left it outside

all that glisters is not gold. First entrance to the apartment was good. later found there were no cutlery. the sink in the bathroom was clogged all the time, the shower always stinks, had to run the shower for a while before use. With my messages through whats-app, i was told we will sort it out if i can allow someone to come in while i was out, My answer was its OK with me. Till the day i left no one called me or came in to fix the problem, So my stay at 7 on Bantry Apartment was pathetic and bad Service. i was also told to park on the street because the apartment i was in, did not have a parking in the building, how is this possible. I should be reimbursed for the whole amount that i paid. This is one very annoyed customer. i have booked many places with booking.com, but nothing like this one.
