Kiepskia komunikacja z biurem.. Garnki które nie działały na indukcji. Brak czajnika, wodę na kawę trzeba było ,,,gotować" w mikrofali. 2 dni problemy z wodą.

The apartment was nice

The apartment was filthy it had not been cleaned. The dirty bucket and bin was left on the kitchen side and a dirty filthy sponge and cloth left in the sink. We had no running water. We had no blankets or duvets and it was freezing. The walls were filthy dirty and there was mold on the bedroom ceiling. Maintenance were no help. The wifi didnt work. No welcome pack! We couldnt use the toilet or have a wash and should have leftt hours before to meet family but we couldn't as we were sorting these issues. No instructions on how to use anything in the apartment. We were offered 10 minutes use of another apartment for a quick shower but there were 4 of us and when we went in it was a building site so couldn't possibly have a shower in it! Water was back on within 24 hours but when we had a shower it flooded the bathroom. We had a flood coming from the apartment above which soaked the bed and our clothes, we were offered clean sheets and blankets to get through the night and they'd sort it in the morning but we couldn't do that the water was dripping through the light fittings and then the lights flickered and went out! and after 2 hours of to and from phone calls we were moved to another apartment past midnight! The new apartment was a quarter of the size of what we paid for and was old fashioned and also the hot water didn't work. It had a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds which were not s u itable for adults. We had builders knock the door asking for access to take the toilet off the wall and decorate but we said no because they wanted us to stay there for 3 hours whilst they did it. My sister who lives in Spain spoke over the phone to them as they didn't speak English and she said they were not happy we wouldn't let them in. Our whole holiday was totally ruined we didn't do anything we had planned and spent 80% of our time sorting issues.
