Not much not to like

Very central, quiet

the bed really needs a good duvet! I had cold all night with just a blanket and thin bed cover. Nowhere in appartment a thicker bedcover or duvet could be found. As it is almost winter in Bergamo now (at night 2 degrees C) one would have expected to be comfortable in bed which was not. Beside that a lovely place

I like definitely the location - little narrow street just 5 minutes from main square and cathedral and it was very silence during the night. Bus stop was also about 5 minutes of walk. The room was very cosy and clean. Getting in apartment was easy thanks to video that I have received.

The only thing I have missed was a blanket. There was only a sheet on bed. I like to sleep with open window and in the morning was little bit cold but it havent caused any troubles during the stay.

Location was very good.

The frustration and aggravation involved with getting into the apt overwhelmed my ability to rate this place. Never responded to NUMEROUS emails. Never let me know about confusing numbering on street, so difficult to find. Didn't respond to communication when I was in Bergamo, so I was locked out for hours. Waited til 9 minutes before check in to give me instructions and let me know about passport photo.
