"Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage"

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in der Nähe findet man viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich wohl da.

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist zu kompliziert geregelt. Die Check-In Zeit wurde nicht eingehalten und wir warteten 40 Minuten auf der Straße trotz der vereinbarten Zeit. Man könnte das Problem durch eine Schlüsselbox lösen. Es ist etwas laut zum Schlafen.

Location, cleanliness and security.

Having to do laundry like towels and bedsheets. I feel they should be replaced every 2 days for towels and every 4 or 5 days for bedsheets, after all we are on holidays.
