A charming apartment atop the small town of Ika with a view over Rijeka and Opatija Riviera. Quiet area with stunning views. The apartment was clean, neat, modern and tastefully decorated. There are some fine gadgets from doors, windows and kitchen that make the stay fun. The beds were extremely comfortable. AC functioned well. Despite the high temperatures outside, by managing the shade with the window shutters, we actually did not need it as much as on other properties in the area. It is an entirely new building and there may be still a few small details to put in place, so it is likely that the place will be even better soon. We chose this property for a day of rest in the midst of our rather intense travels through Italy and Istria on the way to inner Croatia. It turned out to be a great decision. The owner of the apartment was very responsive and extremely helpful. Small refreshments were left for us and we all appreaciated it after a day that did not go as it should when our car broke down. He offered to pick us up, arranged for the extended stay and was very helpful in every way, while not at all intrusive. Most appreaciated. Our late teen sons loved the property, the style, the views, the technical elements and were most satisfied with the WiFi too.

It may just be good to know that the property is atop the town and to reach it you need to drive through the relatively narrow and winding streets, if you are driving, drive slow and gently. It is worth a drive, that is the consensus of our family.

Very nice apartment, in a new building, clean, with beautiful view in nature. Walking distance from the beach and big grocery store. Free parking with EV charger, Fast Wi-Fi. Even it is on a hill that gives this beautiful view, there is free parking on the closest beach what is rare in this area. Helpful owner! Will come back for sure!

Very nice new apartment with beautiful view, walking distance to the beach. We arrived very late with the children and the owner was very attentive and helpful accomodating us. We will definitely come back.

Very nice, newly furnished apartments. A wonderful view from the windows, both during the day and at night, when you can see the lights of Rovinj. The apartment has all the necessary household appliances, perfect for a longer stay. Very caring and helpful owner, thanks to him.
