Deux pièces sur la belle plage de Grand Case

The location and space was perfect. Grand Case is my favorite place on the island. Just active enough to have many dining and shopping options, but quiet enough to have limited traffic and disturbances. I've heard that this top floor, one bedroom unit has been sold, but the other two, two bedroom units are still available for rent from the owner, who also owns property elsewhere on the island. So there are other options.

There were personal preferences I would have changed... A softer bed, a lounge chair on the balcony, and more comfortable furniture. But, everything was nice and perfectly serviceable.

The location is excellent on the beach although the unit we were in is up 4 flights of steep stairs.

The lighting in the kitchen is terrible. The microwave is very hard to access. Exceptionally high kitchen cupboards. No TV channels. The clothes hanging rod in the bedroom it too high. There could be some hooks in the wall of the closet. The bed sheets did not fit the bed - too big & very difficult to make - thicker mattress might work better. Two more sleeping pillows are needed. Ridiculous key system on unit doors - very hard to lock. We could hear everyone slamming their doors while trying to lock them.

Perfect location to fantastic food and wines. Right on the beach. Very private balcony for sunbathing however you choose.

Couple small inconveniences that should have been taken care of before our stay. Batteries for the remote fans, recharging cables for patio lanterns, however the concierge took care of our concerns immediately. Great service and attention when needed.

We enjoyed an upgrade to the apartment below this one. Absolutely perfect for two couples. Can't beat the view or the location right in the middle of Grand Case. Very quiet and peaceful. Will book again!
