Apartments Gin & Tonic

The apartment itself was nice and the host was kind and helpful at the beginning. We felt we had a good relationship.

During checkout, a storm caused several wooden boards from the host’s roof to fall on our car. The host saw this, apologized, and admitted it happened. Later we found the damage was serious. Insurance covers it but with a deductible, which the host refused to pay, saying it was only due to the weather. We believe the host should take responsibility for unsafe property, so we are very disappointed. -------- In addition to your response, I am attaching photos as well. On that day, you did not check the car carefully at all. We also didn’t have enough time, so we said we would look at it later. Even though the weather wasn’t good that day, the damage was caused by unsafe structures from your house. We only asked you to cover the deductible, not the full cost, so I don’t think it’s fair to call that an abuse. In the end, you refused everything.

En cuanto a la ubicación, a las afueras de Split, ideal para conocer la región. Buenas conexiones con las carreteras. Zona silenciosa y tranquila. Plaza de garaje en la puerta de casa. Cama comodísima. Terraza agradable. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días.Detalles agradables que te facilitan y hacen cómoda la estancia. La anfitriona pendiente y muy dispuesta a ayudar. Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos.

Un appartement décoré avec goût et très agréable. Présence d’un lave-linge, précieux dans notre road-trip. Une machine à café serait par contre utile je pense. Le contact avec notre hôte fut parfait !

El apartamento estaba bien organizado, buenas instalaciones y muy moderno. Era cómodo y con parking privado.

Había que coger coche para todo, pero realmente es lo normal.

Spotless clean, very confortable place. You have your own parking place, it is very close to a mall (by car). Antonia was very kind and helpfull, she gave us all the informations we need, she even recommended us beaches and places to eat.

Amazing property with a very neat and aesthetic vibe, we got everything we need from the lidl supermarket nearby and buses come and go around to a nearby (5 mins from property walking) every 15-30 mins except for night where it would leave you 15 mins from property. A beach nearby and overall a perfect cozy place for your vacation in split.
