Balcony was small but adequate for 2 people. No view of the beach. Pool area was too small. No lounging space and very few sunbeds for the amount of apartments it serves. Pool furniture was tired and requires to be renewed. General refurb of the pool area required. Parking was impossible but was expected in height of summer.

We where a group of 4 but only room for seating for 2 on patio. Would have liked washing up liquid or a dishwasher tablet !
GBThe property is brand new and beautiful. The flat is clean throughout and nicely designed -- the kitchen, though small, is ideal for a short stay and nicely equipped. There is a beach literally around the corner and the centre of Cala d'Or is a couple of minutes walk away. Everything is very accessible. The flat is in a quiet area so it's really easy to relax there and there's a small balcony to sit on and enjoy the afternoon sun. It feels spacious and was nicely cool even without turning the A/C on for much of my stay.
I have no complaints at all about the property -- there was nothing not to like.
