Apartamentos turisticos Avila Puerta de San Vicente 0-2

The place was ok, but the people that run the place doesn’t know how to run the business.

We stayed one night in this flat and were very disappointed. When we tried to open the sofa bed, we discovered that there was only room for one person, even though our booking was confirmed for 4 people, not 3. We called the owner at 10pm when we realised this and were shocked by his response. No solution was offered or empathy shown (my daughter had to sleep uncomfortably in an armchair!), and he simply told us that if we didn't like it, we should leave, at 11pm with two children! Although the flat is very nice and in a great location, the way the owner handled this situation was disappointing and quite annoying.
