The host left the keys for the apartment in a supermarket 15 minutes away on foot — completely unacceptable. We had a car, but what if we didn’t? Imagine arriving on foot with luggage and having to walk that far just to get the keys. The air conditioner was locked, and we weren’t given the key to use it. The host also said he was giving us the garage “for free”, even though a parking spot was listed as included in the booking. We asked politely if we could check out an hour later to make sure the place was left clean and in good order, but he refused. Then he showed up around 10:50 a.m., entered the apartment, and started pointing out things we needed to clean — very rude and intrusive. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. We did not feel respected or comfortable as guests and would not recommend this host.

Hemos estado alojados en este apartamento durante unos días en julio y la verdad, hemos estado super a gusto. Al apartamento no le faltaba de nada, muy limpio y bien equipado. Pablo, el anfitrión nos recibió para darnos las llaves y agradecimos que el apartamento ya estuviera fresquito por el aire acondicionado. Además nos obsequió con un par de botellas de vino y unas golosinas para las niñas, todo un detalle. La urbanización en la que está resulta bastante tranquila, la piscina bastante bien y lo mejor, la terraza de arriba con la barbacoa, que sin duda, la disfrutamos un montón. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de que tuviésemos una estancia agradable, y así fue. Repetiría sin ninguna duda.

Fantastic aparments with rooftop terrace, quiet location, very clean, everything you could need, complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Pablo could not have been a better host, will definitely stay again. Good beaches nearby and bars and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the terrace, which offered stunning views of the city and planes landing and taking off. Despite being just 10 minutes from the airport, it was surprisingly quiet with no bothersome plane noise. The location is ideal for pet owners, as there’s an open conservation area/park conveniently located just across the street. Pablo and Oscar were incredibly accommodating, even for our late arrival, and their communication in both Spanish and English was excellent. The house is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We highly recommend their place for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!
