appartement bien agencé et confortable. Bien équipé même si quelques assiettes, couverts, verres supplémentaire auraient été un plus. Emplacement calme à 1.2km de la plage; Parking gratuit à 50m, avec toujours une place disponible à cette saison
La clé d'entrée dans la résidence était difficile à faire fonctionner

The host, Kimberly, and her male colleague were very quick to respond. Kimberly was very helpful with sharing links to third-party sites. I found a one-day tour and booked it. I liked having an equipped kitchen to prepare meals. The property is located right next to the bus stop, which made getting back to the airport super handy and cheap. The internet was fast enough and reliable. It only went down once, and came back up promptly after a couple of minutes. I appreciated the late checkout time. I liked how dark the bedroom was, which made for more peaceful sleeping.
One of the neighbours liked to play music really loudly after 10:30 PM. Fortunately, it was only for a few minutes. Felt like I was back in Northern England from the accents of those in town. There are many closed shops on the high street. I guess the local tourism industry hasn't been treating this town so well lately.

Staying at Bella Vista, it felt like a personalized experience. From the welcome basket on arrival to the constant contact during my stay to make sure everything was ok & if i needed anything else, it ensured i was in good hands!! Location is great, apartment is spotlessly clean & all amenities in the apartment exceeded my expectations. Would advise anyone visiting Puerto del carmen who is not the typical "lay by the pool" person to stay here for sure!

It was fantastic, staff were super great to communicate. Apartment was beautiful and clean . Lovely and homely. Loads of treats left in there . They had everything you would need for a holiday
