"Ideal for a family holiday."

Very spacious 3 bedroom house, with enclosed garden, ideal for our 19month grandson to play football and learn about plants and birds. Really appreciated the age-appropriate toys for him, and the loan of baby/toddler equipment. The notes left by our host with suggestions about where to go and where to eat were very helpful too.

I wish we had known in advance that one of the bedrooms is on the 2nd floor, so we could have discussed room allocation beforehand. I could find no mention of this in the Booking.com details. As we used all 3 bedrooms (5 adults and 1 toddler) this was pretty important.

"Très agréable location"

We spent 15 days in this house which is very pleasant and well equipped for a small family. Close to Rye and the sea, it has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. There is a reasonably priced car park not far away.

maybe one or two more bowls but just to say something :-)
