Could not get in with the lock box. Let’s jammed inside. Had to wait for property manager to show ip and he couldn’t open lock his either. He was attentive, though. Was able to get another set of keys. Didn’t realize the second bedroom you had to climb up steps for the bed. More like a loft. Main floor bathroom toilet had a leak so we couldn’t use it.

We loved the location. The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable.

The downstairs toilet was under repair so out of action. A microwave oven would be useful.

Modern, cozy, great location

The location of this property was the best! The design was super fun, with lots of funky wallpaper, 2 large bathrooms, a full kitchen, modern stairs, creative lighting, and other fun designer elements. Great air conditioning! The property was surrounded by restaurants and shopping. It made it easy to pop in and out when we needed a break or to change clothes. We used the washer and had time to dry our clothes as well. There is also plenty of storage, but we didnt seem to need any of that only staying a short time. It was rainy, and we had access to umbrellas outside the apt, which was a bonus. The beds were super comfortable, I dont even remember falling asleep! There was also a booklet at the propert with suggestions for food and local amenities.

If you need a taxi please take note this will be almost impossible. (This is not fault of the property). We also noticed the train station we arrived at (san Giovanni) was a bit of a hike. We needed to make extra time and energy to walk our luggage there. It was about 14 minutes away with cobblestone type surfaces. (Our suitcases survived!) I wish we had access to a concierge type service to help us book dinner and other activities. We scrambled a bit, trying to adjust when rain set in. There are lots of steps to the apartment once you get into the building, but it was nice being at the top once you hiked up. Overall, these items are not conplaints, but more details to help make your stay amazing!

I liked that it was cool as it was very hot outside. It was easy to get in and I liked the look of the place.

I didn’t realise it was up 2 flights of stairs.

Location, spaceousness, cleanliness, big TV, good wifi.

No balcony, a little bit of noise from below, you have to pay extra for parking 27 eur per day in the garage (and carry all the luggage through town).

Location is perfect, so central. Apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Hosts were attentive and helpful. There is ample storage, the shower is fantastic and the beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped.

I would have liked the option of having a heavier duvet/quilt. Also it is impossible to have a lie-in when the bells of the Duomo chime every 15 minutes from 7am! However these were minor issues and would not deter us from staying here again.
