The place isn't close to the city center; it's on the outskirts—a more expensive ride. The second bed is a small fold-out mattress or a non-fold-out sofa in front of the TV.

First of all, I know that when he sees this feedback, he would write a counter story to cover up. He is full of evil, deceit and lies! I would like to mention that the apartment owner (Malik El Hababi who is a Moroccan) is not who you think he is. As a matter of fact, if you care for your safety, NEVER go to this apartment. Every guest should stay away from this MONSTER. Despite the fact that this booking was cancelled by him, which I never knew until after I checked-in, he still went ahead to confirm to me (via text) that I can check in. He also forced me to send him pictures of my IDs via whatsapp, which I did. He called me the next day, and was asking me to pay him by cash (which I didn't have), despite the fact that I had already paid on bookings, and yet to receive a refund (since he initiated the cancellation). He also threatened to kick me out of the apartment that night if I did not pay him cash, mentioning that he had no business with booking.com. He called me insulting names and kept threatening me. I immediately called booking.com to report this urgent matter. He came to the apartment, we had a heated argument, and he was forcing me to sit on the couch - like his child, which I refused - insisting that we could stand and talk. I told him I can pay again, but I would need an invoice since I am on an official trip. He kept insisting that I pay in cash instead with no assurance of invoice, and still forcing me to sit. When I refused to sit, all of a sudden, he violently hit me on the face. He assaulted me (his guest). I struggled to remain calm because I believed that he could have a weapon with him, and I was in his apartment. I eventually made a transfer to him (via Revolut), in which he charged me a higher rate for that night. I became concerned about the safety of my life, and I had to leave that night, at 20:40. I have all recorded conversations, and a video evidence of his assault, and further actions will be taken.

It is conveniently located. The apartment is a 20 min train from Copenhagen Central, then a 10 min walk through the neighborhood. The area is clean and quiet. There is a FodEx grocery store a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is spacious.

The apartment seriously needs a deep clean, a coat of paint, and some maintenance. It is pretty shabby. The few table lamps didn't provide a lot of light, and there are no ceiling fixtures in the kitchen, eating area, or living area. Very dingy at night.

Mały problem z wylewającą się wodą z prysznica ,ale będąc uważnym można pokonać tę niedogodność

Very nice and tidy place. The location was great and very close to supermarkets and train station. The host was very generous and understanding.
