Fisk Club Cottages Flateyri - Sailor's House

Wie können die von uns gebuchten Sailor's House Cottages in Flateyri nicht beurteilen. Leider wurden wir vom Vermieter sehr kurzfristig auf eine andere Unterkunft umgebucht. Diese befand sich 30 min Fahrzeit von Flateyri entfernt. Da wir uns schon auf Flateyri gefreut hatten, war das für uns sehr enttäuschend.

The cottages are very functional, offering real comfort and space. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay a lot ! Flateyri is a charming village, and we loved sleeping there. The hike to Selnajef from the cottage under a mix of sun and fog was awesome. Drinking a beer at Vagninn in the evening was also enjoyable !

Would be great to add a washing & drying machine, as these equipment are so rare in the guesthouses.

It was clean and location good.

Not cozy. Surroundings around the cabin cold. House lacking privacy, no curtains in living room so people in other houses or people walking by could see inside. Lighting inside unpleasant. No sofa table. No shoe racks or someplace to hang coats when you come inside. Did not feel warm or welcoming. Expensive. Would not reccomend and will not come back.

the cottages are super comfortable. the position is great and I strongly recommend to book here for your vacations!

Location. Peaceful. Pretty town. Spacious and clean. Well equipped . Comfortable beds . Helpful communication from host. Saw northern lights, a bonus.

No blinds on living room windows but not needed as not overlooked. Confusion on checking in ( given wrong number of chalet. ). Delayed check in.

Great beds, nice view, perfect location, nice decor in living room. Very clean.

Wish there was a cozy chair to lounch in by the window.

Loved almost everything about the place

The chairs of the table were very uncomfortable. A couch would’ve made the stay 100% better
