"Rezervare confirmata și apoi anulata doar telefonic"

Nimic.

Au confirmat și apoi au sunat sa ma convinga sa anulez ca ei sa închirieze pe 3 zile altcuiva, încercând să mă convingă ca îmi fac un bine ca asa imi recuperez banii eu mai repede. O atitudine "șmecherească" a doamnei care m-a sunat. Iar cei de la Booking.com răspund greu la mesaje.
