La posizione, la presenza del frigo e del freezer nella cucina comune, il piccolo terrazzo.

Il letto cigola parecchio, nell' appartamento c'è poca insonorizzazione. Le stanze si affacciano sulla sala colazioni e se si vuole riposare e dormire più a lungo è difficile.
