"A nice stay but the caravan was bit tired."

The location of the caravan. The caravan was warm.

The caravan was tired looking, there was quite a lot of damp behind the seating in the lounge and it was quite dirty, the curtains were damaged in the lounge, the microwave was rusty inside, the table legs were loose, the decking area had a dirty mop left on it and the outside seating cushions were green with algae, no proper glasses they were all plastic which we can appreciate with having a hot tub but it would be nice to have the option to use glass ones if sat inside.,

Had everything even cleaning products etc

Parking area could be better, maybe non grass like others in the park as in wet weather it was very muddy

The caravan was well equipped and the hot tub was red hot. Everything was spot on, immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan was comfortable and warm and I will definitely recommend. I would definitely book again in the future. Thankyou for a brilliant stay.
