Het terras met de palmbomen en uitzicht over de zee is adembenemend 😊 De kamers hebben allemaal airco en goede bedden. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig om ook zelf te koken. De host is geweldig, geeft goede tips en denkt mee. Ook stond er heel lief een welkomspakketje klaar.

Achter het huis langs loopt een drukke weg (vooral in het weekend)

View is nice.

to be honest, Old stuffs around the house , rusty. some utensils are not useful anymore. Sorry, That should not be around when you’re expecting a guest.

It is sea front tree-house type of property with very relaxing views. For that it is quite a unique stay for a few nights. The host also was very responsive and accommodating which we love.

Never the less there are a few issuers i’d like to point out. 1. The kitchen area was not at all cleaned when we got there. The indoor kitchen was stacked up with lots of useless appliances which only took room in the countertop (for example the french press was not usable as some bugs had invaded it and made their nest in it). We would have so much more preferred a nice clean space with only usable things. 2. The outdoor kitchen felt totally abandoned. It hadn’t had a proper cleaning for a long time. 3. The place over all has potential but needs a lot of love to create a cozy holiday stay. Outdoor area is nice but all the bar-stools were very rusty and all the furniture was a bit outdated. 4. The sea view is nice but the sea isn’t swimmable, because the sea itself is very dirty with literal trash floating in it. 5. One of the supporting wooden pillar on the outside are is hollow inside and we discovered there was a bat nest in it. I mean we don’t have anything against bats and the wildlife there was even fun, but that pillar definitely needs to be looked at and repaired if it actually serves as a support system for the second floor.

The owner was really suportive and understanding

Very nice villa with an amazing view on the sea. It’s big and clean, the owners are very helpful.

Far from facilities, lacking basic things like coffee for example, that would be helpful.

You Need to Rent a vehicle to get around

Breakfast is not in the deal, but we asked, and the the lady cooked for us really delicious breakfast. We got salad, coffee, juice, toasted bread, eggs, bacon, and other delicious food. We also got a deal with the driver to take us to few places we wanted to visit (chocolate hills, snorkeling, etc.). And the house, the place is really beautiful.

Amazing house right on the water! Big open rooms plus a lovely deck to relax on. Perfect location for exploring the internal part of Bohol and Anda!
