Stylish, modern decor. Decent appliances. Lots of hot water. Warm controllable heating. Good quality bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.

Needs a seriously good deep clean. Lots of dog hair on soft furnishings. Bed throws need laundering, stained and dog haired. Main surfaces cleaned but nothing more. Ornaments, shelves, pictures all sticky and grimy. Floors and carpets very dirty in corners and edges and under furniture edges.
