The Octopus - at Largs Town Centre with Private Parking

So much thought into extra things to make it comfortable

Very difficult to find- a lot of rubbish in car park

could do with softer pillows

Location was excellent for us . It was near everything we needed : train station, bus stop and shops.

Maybe a larger bed . We are used to a super king size bed & found the regular double bed a bit too small.

Central location ,private parking, clean and tidy

The entrance to the first floor flat, the steps are a bit difficult if you are the older generation especially if you are lugging your cases up there, The bedroom could do with black out blinds or curtains.

Nice comfortable place near downtown

It was fine.

Flat was comfy and spotless and Gillian was great checking everything was alright

3 things which would improve the flat is 1 a chest in bedroom 2 a shower mat inside shower 3 a hoover or brush and shovel to clean up. But flat was great just trying to be helpful

Is in the center of the town everything on the door step clean and inviting

The location is perfect. Within 2 minutes, you have a chippy, a pub, greggs, bakeries, Tesco express, co-op, ferry port, and Wetherspoons. The flat is nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Well kitted out to cook if you want to. The Octopus theme is cute and not overdone. A nice little touch. There are some lovely walks from Largs, and the viewpoint is a must do. We took the car on the ferry to Cumbrae. Stunning views. Highly recommend this. Kelburn is also a nice visit. There are a number of walks to be done, and there are lots of interesting extras along the way to keep the kids entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Central location, very close to main shops, train station and beach. Enjoyed the octopus theme. Comfy bed, decent shower.

Flat smelt of smoke on arrival, thought it was just from the doorway/communal area but clothes smelt of smoke on returning home. Would be very 'snug' if 4 adults were to stay there but fine for just two people. On arrival found fridge had food left behind from previous occupants. Communal staircase and corridor have seen better days. Stairs very slippery when wet. Mat by back door near to car park was soaking wet on the floor. Found the smart meter in the kitchen a little off-putting.
